Welcome to Double Down Jack Russell Terriers. My name is Penny Richards and I have a degree in Animal Science with graduate studies in pharmacology. I grew up with working dogs all my life but fell in love with the Jack Russell Terrier. I have owned and trained Jack Russells for the past 20 years. I just love the working drive, brain, heart, character, athleticism and versatility of this breed. We are a small kennel and bred infrequently.
